Payment Conditions
- • All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
- • Premium is NZD $49/year; companion listings are free for 90 days with an optional NZD $9 Featured boost. All exclusive of applicable GST/VAT/ST, calculated at checkout based on your location.
- • Payment is processed securely at the time of subscription activation or renewal.
- • Premium renews automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- • Each companion listing expires after 90 days; renew per listing to keep your profile visible.
- • SAIL-OFF is a reference and logging tool only — payment does not constitute a warranty of vessel safety or fitness.
Refund Policy
- • You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided the subscription has not been heavily used.
- • Refund requests must be submitted to Base44 support with your account email and transaction details.
- • Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
- • Annual renewal payments are non-refundable if the renewal date has passed — cancel before renewal to avoid charges.
- • Featured boost payments are non-refundable once the boost is applied.
- • SAIL-OFF reserves the right to decline refund requests that show evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of the terms of use.
